Reverse Pickup
Once approved, a reverse pickup will be scheduled via Shiprocket. A courier partner will collect the package from your doorstep.

After we receive and inspect the product, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

If reverse pickup is unavailable at your location, you may self-ship the product to our warehouse address (provided in the return approval email). In this case, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance.
