1. Return Policy
At AstroKamya™, we want you to be completely satisfied with your crystal bracelet. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may initiate a return within 15 days from the date of delivery.
15-Day Return Window: The return period begins on the date your order is delivered (as confirmed by the courier tracking system). Returns requested after 15 days from delivery will not be accepted.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Unused & Unworn: The bracelet must be in its original, unworn condition. Bracelets that show signs of wear, use, or damage caused by the customer cannot be returned.
- Original Packaging: The product must be returned in its original AstroKamya™ packaging, including the branded bracelet box, velvet pouch, and any protective wrapping.
- Certificate of Authenticity: The lab-certification card and/or authenticity certificate that accompanied the bracelet must be included in the return.
- No Alterations: The bracelet must not have been resized, modified, repaired, or altered in any way.
- Hygiene Seal Intact: If the product was sealed with a hygiene sticker or tamper-evident tag, it must be intact.
Note: Natural crystal bracelets may exhibit slight variations in colour, pattern, and bead size from product photographs. Such variations are inherent to natural gemstones and do not qualify as grounds for a return.
3. Return Process
Follow these simple steps to initiate a return:
3.1 Self-Ship Returns
If reverse pickup is unavailable at your location, you may self-ship the product to our warehouse address (provided in the return approval email). In this case, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Customised Bracelets: Bracelets that were custom-made to your specifications (e.g., custom bead selection, personalised size, specific planetary alignment).
- Energised-to-Order Bracelets: Bracelets that were specifically energised during a particular planetary Hora based on your individual birth chart details.
- Gift Cards & Vouchers: Digital or physical gift cards purchased from AstroKamya™.
- Clearance/Sale Items: Products purchased during final sale or clearance events, if marked as "non-returnable" at the time of purchase.
- Items Without Packaging: Products returned without original packaging, certificates, or accessories.
5. Refund Policy
5.1 Refund Timeline
Once your returned product is received at our facility and passes quality inspection:
- Refund is initiated within 2 business days of successful inspection.
- Refund amount is credited to your account within 5–7 business days from initiation, depending on your bank/payment provider.
5.2 Refund Method
Refunds are processed via the original payment method used at the time of purchase, through Razorpay:
- UPI / Wallets: Refunded directly to the original UPI ID or wallet account.
- Credit / Debit Cards: Refunded to the original card. Processing time depends on your card issuer (typically 5–10 business days).
- Net Banking: Refunded to the originating bank account.
- COD Orders: Refunded via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS). You will be asked to provide your bank account details. The ₹149 COD advance is non-refundable.
5.3 Partial Refunds
In certain circumstances, partial refunds may be issued:
- Products returned with minor signs of use or missing accessories (deduction of up to 20% of product value).
- Products returned without original packaging (deduction of up to 15% of product value).
- Return shipping costs for self-shipped returns (if applicable).
5.4 Refund for Cancelled Orders
For orders cancelled before shipping (within the 12-hour cancellation window), a full refund is processed within 5–7 business days. See our Terms & Conditions for the complete cancellation policy.

Shipping charges are non-refundable in case of returns, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product shipped by AstroKamya™.
7. Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines after order confirmation and dispatch:

Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. The delivery timeline begins after the order is dispatched. You will receive a tracking link via SMS and email once shipped.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, natural disasters, public holidays, courier partner delays, and government-imposed restrictions. AstroKamya™ is not liable for delays caused by such events.
8. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available for select serviceable PIN codes across India. COD terms:
- A non-refundable advance payment of ₹149 is required at the time of order placement to confirm the COD order.
- The remaining order amount is collected in cash (or via UPI at the doorstep, where available) upon delivery.
- The ₹149 advance is deducted from the total order value — you only pay the balance at delivery.
- If you refuse to accept the COD delivery, the ₹149 advance will be forfeited and not refunded.
- If three or more COD orders from the same account are refused or undelivered, COD facility may be disabled for that account.
Example: If your order total is ₹2,499, you pay ₹149 online at the time of order. Upon delivery, you pay the remaining ₹2,350 in cash or via UPI to the delivery partner.
9. Shipping Partners
AstroKamya™ uses Shiprocket as our shipping aggregation platform. Your order may be delivered by any of the following trusted logistics partners:
- Delhivery — Pan-India coverage, specialising in metro and Tier-1 cities.
- BlueDart — Premium express delivery, excellent for time-sensitive orders.
- DTDC — Extensive reach across Tier-2, Tier-3, and semi-urban areas.
- Ecom Express — Specialising in e-commerce last-mile delivery and COD collection.
The courier partner is automatically assigned by Shiprocket based on your delivery PIN code, serviceability, and the fastest available option. You will receive the courier partner's name and tracking ID via SMS and email after dispatch.
10. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, broken, or defective, or if you receive the wrong product:
- Report immediately: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at care@astrokamya.com with your order number and clear photographs of the damage.
- Do not discard packaging: Retain the original packaging, invoice, and all accessories for inspection.
- Resolution: We will arrange a free reverse pickup and offer either a full replacement or a complete refund (including shipping charges), at your choice.
- No deductions: For confirmed damaged/defective products, refunds are issued in full with no deductions.
Unboxing Tip: We recommend recording an unboxing video when you receive your AstroKamya™ order. This serves as evidence in case of any shipping damage and helps expedite your claim.
